    Abstract
Populations Centers of Angwin and Deer Park areas from the statewide dataset city90a (www.gis.ca.gov). This was used as a graphic for the Baseline Data Report maps along with the other population centers from this layer. The 'CITY90' layer contains 1990 Census Federal place code boundaries that have been clipped by the county tile outline. The Federal place codes define polygons that are cities or census designated places or are unclassified as to type. The original layer included all population centers in the county but county data is better data therefore those areas were extracted and only Angwin and Deer Park were used.
    Purpose
Identification of basic boundaries of the population centers of Angwin and Deer Park used in the Baseline Data Report Noise, Air Quality and Climate sections.

    Description
Dataset downloaded from http://gis.ca.gov/meta.epl?oid=291. Only Angwin and Deer Park areas were extracted from the layer because the other population centers are better represented from the City layer hosted on SDE. Currently there is no data showing extents for Angwin or Deer Park so kept these two to have on hand. Fixed the line for Deer Park to the St. Helena city boundary so there wasn't overlap or gaps.
