- This polygonal dataset shows the geographic boundaries of land uses designated by the General Plan in Santa Clara County, California in 2009.The general plan is a composite of many policies, programs and intended actions to govern the future physical development of the five million acres of unincorporated Kern County. This feature layer is updated periodically throughout each year.
